I most definitely can say the practice has changed since Dr Kinney has left unfortunately I believe this is due to physician oversight! it is hurtful that the physician is not more proactive and involved! however the staff is very caring and works hard to maintain the relationship that has been put in place prior to Dr Kinney leaving improvement is most definitely required and needed! #patient over 14 years teamwork reflects leadership! i’m done.

Just got my first mid-life physical. The best way I can describe Dr. Jill and her staff is that when you walk into the office it's sort of like "going home", as if she and everyone else already knew you (kinda spooky 😊). Absolutely wonderful people, and insightful. Dr. Jill has a natural gift of educating you as opposed to just telling you what to do.

The staff at Hermitage Family Practice are blessings. I went in to be treated for one thing and the sweet nurse Marissa noticed another issue and immediately gave me the care I needed. The staff feels like family anytime I go in for an appointment. Lucy has such a great bedside manner and expressed compassion for my concerns.

I have always had a good experience at Hermitage Family Practice. The nurses are welcoming and courteous. The providers are thorough and listen to my concerns. The office is strict about the medications they prescribe, but I know they do what is in my best interest!

This was my first visit at HFP and was extremely hesitant because I have not had good luck finding a new provider. Went in for my appointment and first thing is they are on top of keeping things Covid free. Had my temp checked before I could come in. 👍. So I get called back and my nurse was amazing!! She listened to my concerns, asked questions and actually heard me. Then Ms. Jill Welbern FNP-C came in for my appointment. She was so kind, professional & compassionate. I told her about the meds I had been on & we discussed all of this as well as getting myself some wellness appointments. She was such a delight!! I am so happy I did not give up my search for a new provider because I definitely found her today. Definitely recommend seeing Jill Welbern.

Been my provider for 3 years. Honestly feels like my family. I trust them. They all make sure I’m taken care of and informed. Dr. Jill is the best Dr that I’ve ever had and i can’t imagine going anywhere else. ❤️❤️

I called for a non-urgent appointment, and was seen the next morning. The receptionist was very friendly. When I arrived the new patient paperwork was quick, and the front-office staff were all very nice. The nurse was excellent. She made me feel like we were old friends - that NEVER happens with me. I saw Laura Blankenship (RN), and she took time to ask questions. She listened to me. She also answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did not make me feel rushed like health care providers often do. I am beyond pleased with my experience at this office.

Everyone at this practice has been amazing. Very friendly, Great nurses and doctors, And making appointments has been very easy so far. I was newly diagnosed with diabetes, and everyone has been really empathetic and helpful. Shout out to Andi Lundquist, my NP. She’s the tops! Just today, I needed a prescription sent in to my pharmacy pretty quickly and they were on it, way quicker than I thought it would happen. If you’re able to have them be your provider, you’d be making a pretty good choice!

I absolutely love HFP! Jill is always so sweet when I come in, appointments are always done in a timely manner (and to a high degree of satisfaction!), and the front desk ladies are very nice as well. I’ll be going here for all of my future needs, and would highly recommend to those searching for someone new!

The entire Hermitage Family Practice staff is caring and know their business - from the practioners, nurses, office administrators and lab technicians! They have been taking care of me for years and not once have they not helped, dropped the ball or gotten something wrong. Most recently they have stepped up with giving me a steroid shot when my own body was attacking itself and I could barely walk and move my hands, while the specialist seeing me for this problem at a completely separate office simply continued to order more blood tests, dermological biopsy and a strep test from another one of tier locations. HFP cares, they know their business, they are a busy practice and in demand and they will take care of you!
